Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using RepuFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including Shopify merchants and their authorized team members.

2. Description of Service

RepuFlow is an AI-powered review management application for Shopify merchants. The Service provides: unified review inbox across multiple platforms, AI-generated review responses, review widgets for Shopify storefronts, and analytics dashboards. The Service requires an active Shopify store and internet connection.

3. Account and Access

You access RepuFlow through Shopify's app authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

RepuFlow offers Free, Growth, and Pro subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All plans include a 7-day free trial for new users. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the Shopify admin.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to post fake, misleading, or defamatory review responses
• Use the AI features to generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or platform terms of service

6. AI-Generated Content

RepuFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate review response suggestions. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before they are posted; (c) responses posted through the autopilot feature are your responsibility even if not manually reviewed; (d) we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Platform Integrations

RepuFlow integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and Trustpilot. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect Service functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Intellectual Property

RepuFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepuFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your review data and custom brand voice configurations. You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepuFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including Shopify platform issues, third-party API outages, or force majeure events.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of RepuFlow at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
